Sota Landscaping OS is provided to employees of Sota Landscaping LLC for company expense capture and job costing. It is not offered to the public, and no account is available to anyone outside the company roster. Access is granted and removed by the company.
Agreement
Use of the application is governed by the services agreement between HT Automations LLC and Sota Landscaping LLC. Where these terms and that agreement differ, the agreement controls. Employees use the application on the company's behalf and under its direction.
Connected services
QuickBooks Online, Plaid, Google and Jobber connections are authorized by a company administrator and can be revoked at any time from each service. Each connection, and what is read or written through it, is described in the Privacy Policy. Use of each service is also subject to that service's own terms.
Text messages
Login codes are sent by text to the mobile number on the roster. Summaries and reminders are sent by text only to enrolled employees. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
